This is a work in progress. Probably not all names are related, they just haven't been ruled out yet. Errors in the original are included. For example 1858 Hoff Bernard is really Hof Bernhard, at least that is how he was paying taxes.

Notes:
	The compilers of the directories weren't the sticklers for accuracy that we are today. The occasional Hof was a misspelled Hoff. See 1868 Hof John (carpenter). The bare "h" apparently meant head of house. If the name is grayed out, it has been ruled out as a likely relative. See 1883 Henrys. Looks like you were added at about age 18. See 1920 Hof Cyrus (ctr). Looks like only husbands were listed for a married couple until 1922. Exception is 1903 Hof Margrt P (clerk).
Unsubstantiated Conclusions:
	Hof Bernard (cigar maker/packer) died about 1887. married Hof Gertrude (wid Bernard). Hof Henry (hack) died about 1888. married to Hof Henrietta (wid Henry). Hof John (driver/hack/clerk) married Hof Margrt P (clerk) about 1892-1893. father of Hof John J (laborer/clerk/boxmaker). Hof John J (laborer/clerk/boxmaker) born about 1894 (if 18 in 1913). father was Hof John (driver/hack/clerk). mother was Hof Margrt P (clerk). married Hof Gertrude before 1922.
